Welcome to Girl Guides in Edmonton Area. Guiding is a worldwide Movement for girls, led by women who are young at heart. It’s a place where girls and women can be themselves, have fun, make new friends and participate in new adventures. Guiding has long contributed to success among girls and women by providing opportunities for fun, friendship, adventures, personal and leadership development and community involvement. 

Guiding empowers girls and women to face challenges with confidence. Through the program, girls learn to be independent and are empowered to reach their potential.

Edmonton Area includes the metropolitan area as well as the surrounding communities of Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Beaumont, Bruderheim, Cooking Lake, Fort McMurray, Fort Saskatchewan, Killam, Lamont, Tofield and more.  We are currently under a boundary review.  Edmonton Area is divided into ten Divisions. Contact the Edmonton Guide Centre to find out to which Division you belong.  Phone: 780-451-2263.
